I say make a ticket and then when her/him makes a ticket i will say that if it is missing then i would tell them that it
might be a bug or there can be a place were to find it.

I will tell them to be patient and tell them to wait for an admin or a higher rank player than me.

I would say first off druids don't have sunder armor and then i would not help because he/she is probably messing with the gms.
