Monday till Thursday i can GM atleast 4-5 hours and on a friday can GM atleast 6-7 and on a saturday and sunday i could GM all day if i was needed but around 10-12 hours8. I would help anyone who needed help on your sever14. Imagine you are Game Master, and a player asks you to teach them his/ her classes missing skills, do you teach it? or do you ask her/ him to make a ticket?
If there was other GMs on doing the tickets i would help the player out but if i was the only GM on and their was lots of tickets i would ask them nicely to make a ticket15. What is the most important part of being a Game Master / Developer?

I was talking to Roy and i saw this personal message saying you lot were hiring staff17. So you're a Game Master / Developer and a player asks you to replace a lost item what do you do ?
I would ask them some questions on how they " lost " it and contact a admin or head GM and then if i got told to replace the item i would18. If a problem happens to arise that is out of your hands what do you feel is the best solution ?
I would contact the head GM or the admin about it19. A very nice druid asks you in a ticket "please fix my sunder armor" how would you go about this ?
